Notice Regarding Medical Fees for Patients Without Japanese Public Health Insurance

Effective February 1, 2026, our clinic policies for patients who do not possess Japanese public health insurance (including international visitors) are as follows:

・Medical Fees: Medical fees will be charged at a rate of 20 yen per medical point.
・Identification: Please present your passport at the reception. We will take a copy for our records.
・Medical Certificates: An additional fee will be charged for issuing medical certificates or reports.
・Payment Methods: We accept cash (JPY) and major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, etc.). Please note: UnionPay (銀聯) is NOT accepted.
・Communication: Please note that the doctor and staff have limited English proficiency. We appreciate your patience and kindly ask that you use a translation app or be accompanied by a Japanese speaker to ensure a smooth and accurate consultation.

These policies are established to cover the administrative requirements necessary for providing medical services to patients from abroad. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
